PROH Consultants provides professional consulting services including, but not limited to, business strategy, financial planning, and operational guidance. The specific scope of services will be defined in an individual client agreement or service proposal.

Clients agree to provide accurate, timely, and complete information necessary for PROH Consultants to perform services. The client remains responsible for decision-making and the implementation of any advice provided.

All fees for services will be agreed upon in writing. Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as permitted by law.

We respect your confidentiality. All client information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

All reports, recommendations, documents, and materials provided by PROH Consultants are for client use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without our prior written consent.

PROH Consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time with written notice. The client will be responsible for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia and the clients resident state, without regard to conflict of law principles.

PROH Consultants reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated to clients directly.
